Today we continued to read the story linked to pi.
We also created some "pi charts" using Geogebra.

FRANCE : Bonus activity "Sir Cumference and the Dragon of Pi"

Today, the French pupils began to read the story "Sir Cumference and the dragon of pi", a math adventure by Cindy Neuschwander.

They will continue next week.

FRANCE & ITALY : Our transnational quizzes

Here are the 2 quizzes made from the questions created by the italian and the french students.
The first one is entitled "Pi & The circle", and the second one, "The life of Pi".

FRANCE : Bonus activity

We finished to write our questions for the quiz.
Today the French pupils built a common list of words linked to our project.
Then they created some word clouds using the Tagxedo application.
Here are their works !

FRANCE : About our pi quiz

Today we also continued to work on the questions of our Pi quizzes.

We worked by groups and we tried to write a series of questions from some texts about Pi that we studied with our teachers.

Each group has to prepare 5 questions about the texts, so each country proposes a series of  20 questions, with 3 possible answers for each question (with only one right answer among the 3)

Our teachers will regroup both series of questions and choose only 30 questions among all.

Then we will create 2 common quizzes.

FRANCE : The French students received their prizes sent by their italian partners

Today, the french students discovered the prizes sent by their italian partners.
The prizes were given to the pupils by our headmaster, Mrs Blanchard.
